2. The service
Plan4Travel provides suggested travel itineraries generated with the help of artificial intelligence. Itineraries are suggestions only and are provided for planning purposes.
3. Accuracy of information
We work to keep suggestions useful, but we do not guarantee that opening hours, prices, travel times, locations or availability are accurate or current. You are responsible for checking details before you travel.
4. Bookings with third parties
Links may take you to third-party providers. Any booking is a contract between you and that provider, under their terms. We may receive a commission, at no extra cost to you, and are not responsible for third-party services.
5. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt it, access it by automated means without permission, or use it for unlawful purposes.
7. Content you provide
You keep ownership of the trip details you submit. You grant us permission to use them to provide and improve the service, as described in our privacy policy.
8. Early access
The service is in early access. Features may change, pause or end, and the service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Plan4Travel is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from reliance on suggested itineraries.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
